FAQ
Installing one court takes less than 30 minutes. One of our technicians comes directly to the club, mounts the cameras, configures the Wi-Fi Station and verifies the system is working correctly before leaving. The club can remain operational throughout.
The monthly subscription includes: hardware (2K cameras and Wi-Fi Station), data connectivity, cloud AI match processing, booking management, club page in the LookAtMe app, dynamic member ranking, automatic software updates and dedicated technical support. No hidden costs.
The contract has a minimum duration of 24 months. At expiry you can renew or cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, the kit is collected by our team at no extra cost. The club's historical data remains available for 12 months.
